Delivery information

The delivery cost for UK orders is dependent upon the weight of items you have purchased. Average delivery time is 3 to 5 working days though it can be sooner.

Please be aware that at busy times of the year such as Christmas for example deliveries may take longer though we will always endeavour to deliver your package as soon as possible.

It is a signed for service to ensure you receive your package securely.

If you require an item by a specific date i.e. a birthday, please let us know when ordering and we will be able to advise you as soon as possible of availability and delivery times.

If you require your items at short notice please contact us for delivery costs and options.

Overseas Orders

The shipping costs for these are calculated on a volumetric weight. This is based on the size of the package rather than the weight. It also incorporates fuel charges as most of our packages will travel by airfreight.

All prices include: tracking, signature and insurance.

The correct cost of shipping will be calculated when you enter your address details before you make any payment.

If you cannot see your country listed please contact us and we will give you an individual quote.

Alternative Addresses

An option is also available for you to request the package to be delivered to another address i.e. as a surprise Birthday present or perhaps to a work address. Please let us know if you would like to take advantage of this when ordering.

You can also request that a package is left at a specific place i.e. at a next door neighbours. However, we would advise that this cannot always be signed for and may be classed as an ‘unattended delivery’ and is therefore not insured.

Live Show Pick Up

This is a service if you wish to collect youurself and NOT for free shipping.

It is simple to do.

  1. Order on line as normal, this will add a delivery charge.
  2. Then simply enter in the discount code (Live Show Pick Up 1) and the delivery charge will be removed at the final total. Simple!

Models must be paid for in full to secure the order and then a mutually determined show date will be arranged to deliver the model.

There may be the opportunity to select your own model on the day of the live show if there is sufficient stock. This will be as per the conditions and terms of the visual inspection. The customer must understand that there are no guarantees that this service will be available on the day.

Returns

All reasonable measures are taken to ensure the product quality and satisfaction. Variations will occurr as the models are hand finished. This is what makes each model unique!

However if you are not satisfied with your purchase you must notify use within 30 days or receipt of your goods following which a full refund will be issued upon receipt of the item in its original packaging.

To return an item:

  1. Please carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging
  2. An e-mail containing a bar code will be sent to you with instructions as to what you should do. This will need to be printed off and one part of the sheet put inside the package and the other attached to the outside.
  3. If you do not have e-mail or a printer this can be posted to you but please be aware that it will take longer to return your payment.
  4. As soon as we have received your returned items you will be re-embursed.

What's in a box? - Packaging Standards

  1. First the Breyer box is bubble wrapped to keep it nice and pristine. At this stage a few horse sprinkles sneak in to add a surprise for the lucky recipient!
  2. The Breyer box is then placed on air cushions at the bottom of the box with space around the edge so the box doesn’t touch the sides.
  3. Packing is then placed so that the Breyer box won’t move.
  4. All sealed up and ready to go!
  5. For that extra bit of sparkle why not have your Breyer box gift wrapped and add one of our great cards to your order at the same time!

All our packages are sent via MyHermes. Although the couriers take care of their packages accidents do happen so we like to ensure our models have the best chance of arriving with you in good condition. All packages are tracked, singed for and insured so we can keep an eye on your models to make sure they are on their way to you without delays!
